False advertising and *****

In August 2017 I made a booking via bookings.com for accommodation at Cane Cutters Estate in December 2017. When I arrive at the accommodation I was directed to a cheaper, run down, dirty unhygienic chalet, I paid and booked for what was called a double deluxe room not a run down, dirty chalet. When I approached the manager, she insisted I paid the rte for a Chalet on not the room. I went back to let her know that the bedding was dirty I was told that, Its clean but just stained. When I advised her that there were dirty footprints on the coaches, she rep**** by saying that there where kids here before, which clearly mean that not cleaning was done between clients. I advised the manager that I will send her proof etc of the booking and requested a full refund and I left the following morning as I really couldn't stay in this unhygienic place. After a lot of communication via bookings.com and after providing proof of the booking made and the price quoted and paid, Cane Cutters advised that they are willing to give me a free stay and not refund. In other words I am now expected to travel 650km away from home to go back to a place where the management **** about the actual happenings and wasn't willing to assist in any way whilst I was there. Safe to say I refused the ridiculous offer as I paid for 5 nights in the first place and was not refunded, Their offer will be even more costly to me. Cane Cutters advertising is false and unacceptable, Their site has one price and then they insist that the prices are actually different, when you prove the price on their and and what was booked, they offer you the ridiculous compensation above but refuse to refund, Although what you paid for was never supp****, not even close actually.
