Candystick bad service

The worst fundraising platform ever. A contribution was made and I ended paying the funds from my personal funds because Candystick will not resolve an issue to have the contribution which was for the end of May withdrawn. The person we were raising funds for has even completed the project we were trying to help with. It's sad because someone made a donation and now two months later it's sitting at. Candystick. The worst part is they are not bothered not do they provide any feedback. I have been dealing with a Brian Noble who has just been making empty promises. Be wary of this Crowdfunding platform and rather do your research for a better more reputable platform.
