Never use Candflosscotton to order babies clothes

I’ve had such a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a dress for my daughters baptism and so many things went wrong

1.Firstly I made an order and I never get a confirmation for my order or even a tracking number, when I call the company, the manager tells me she forgot and that I must understand because she’s over worked 2. My order doesn’t arrive on the day I was promised, I send the manager and email, she doesn’t respond to it, I have to call her repetitively and finally when she answers she tells me she doesn’t know where my daughters dress is and that that dress was the last one 3. She then has to send me a new dress eventually and apologizes and tells me when the second dress that apparently lost arrives I must send her an email so she can come collect it, when the dress arrives I send the email, she doesn’t respond 4. I have to send another email where she starts tracing the dress, when I’m waiting for her to come collect, weeks go past until on one day she calls me , rudely shouting at me asking what my problem is, that I must stop complaining because I got the dress ( I never sent such an email, and even if I did it doesn’t warrant this lever of disrespect), she doesn’t apologise and instead opts to tell me how her business is a mess because of corrier companies and how her boss is upset with her 5. She makes no plan to collect the dress, I wait for the email , nothing , until a week later where she has arranged pickup with no one and courier guy is at my estate wanting to pick up the dress

Just horrible , horrible horrible horrible customer care.
