Overcharged and "ghosted" after pointing out only 2 hour long programmes spin at 1400rpm!

I bought a washing machine directly from Candy in November 2021. It is the "CANDY SMART PRO 10KG 1400RPM ANTHRACITE SIMPLY-FI ACTION MOTION TECHNOLOGY FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE" It took two weeks to arrive, but I was excited to see it when it did. When we unpacked it, it was dented in the front, so I contacted Candy and it was decided that the dented machine should be exchanged. When that arrived, on 16th Dec, a month after the original order, it was accompanied by a delivery slip stating that the machine delivered cost R5599.99, the amount paid to Candy Shop was R6599. I was so excited that i did not see the delivery slip until later. So a month after ordering, I finally had my machine and duly got on with the job of clearing the backlog! We are a family of 5! On using the machine, I discovered that none of the short washes were able to spin at 1400rpm, the MAIN reason for buying the machine was the fast spin speed. My old machine, a Whirlpool had a malfunction which meant the shortest available cycle was now an hour long, the 30 min 1400rpm cycle was not working. Guess how long the cycle is on the Candy machine if you want a 1400RPM spin?? Yup! its an hour long! So I replaced my machine with a machine that does NOT DO what I need it to do! AND I paid R1000 more to Candy than the delivery slip states! AND I waited a month for the machine. I have contacted Candy, I have stated my case multiple times, that this machine doesn't fulfil my needs and no where on the website or shop listing does it tell you that there are only TWO cycles that spin at the full speed of 1400rpm, and for those you have to adjust the spin speed by pressing vaguely responsive buttons multiple times before they respond! I have had little to no interest in my issues with the cost and the performance of this machine, and since 10th Jan I have been completely "ghosted" despite my emails going to 3 different people at Candy, they have decided that I am no longer worthy of a response! The silence is deafening!
