Mixed feelings about Candy Appliances

I have two devices from Candy, a dryer and a washing machine.

I had excellent service from Makro when I bought my candy washing machine and thought I would purchase the dryer direct from the supplier. Purchase was easy, but just after six months, it didn't work anymore. I logged a ticket, and MasterCare is their services company, and their service was world-class. It was mentioned that we could exchange the dryer because of the fault. It was delivered on the 22 September by Mastercare, and now candy has gone radio silent.

I am waiting for feedback because they have not responded by phone or email
