Do not buy a Candy Tumbledrier

We bought a Candy Tumbledrier at the end of last year. It never dried clothes properly so was left virtually untouched until the weather changed going into Autumn and line drying the laundry was not an option. Tried using the machine again it won't work. An error message keeps popping up. Candy Customer Service doesn't work either. When you phone you get told to send an email to which no one ever replies.
