Candy is not a customer service oriented company !!

I bought an 7kg Candy washing machine in the beginning of December only for the motor to blow a month down the line. I have been almost an entire month without a washing machine due the fact that they have still not replaced my machine and they can't communicate with their customers. Extremely disgusted in their terrible service.
