Candy helps customer when Takealot won't

Bought a Candy washing machine from Takealot. I'll ever buy anything big from them again. They make it so difficult to get an issue dealt with. They even fail to honour their own T&C and contracts with customers. The issue was solved by Candy. They exchanged the machine no quibble.no fuss. The machine works extremely well. When we need a household product we'll definitely seek one for Candy.
