CANDY GRANDOVITA 13KG WASH & 6KG DRY FRONT LOADING

I purchased a Candy 13kg washer/dryer online the 10th of May, received it on the 18th or 19th of May. I only got someone to help install it on the 26th of September. It keeps on disconnecting from the Wi-Fi. I have tried calling Candy, the number is always unavailable, I have written emails without reply. Then found a WhatsApp and have been communicating with a person who tries to help. But thus far was unsuccessful - not even the manual option is working as it should – what a waste of money! No after sales support at all!
