Candy Grand'o Vita 10Kg Washing Machine review

I bought a Candy Washing machine (Candy Grand'o Vita 10kg) in 2020. We were very happy with the machine but about a year after that, the machine started displaying random numbers whenever a wash program is selected. I must admit that the machine was purchased via auction but it was brand new. I contacted Candy through the email address that I got on the Web and Mastercare kindly sent someone to repair the machine for us. This person changed an electronic part and two days after that(first use of the machine), the problem recurred. I contacted the guy who came and repaired the machine, telling him that he might have replaced a non-faulty part but no reply. I even wrote to the email address that I used earlier and no feedback. I am now putting together money to buy another washing machine.
