Cancy Upright Vacuum cleaer - poor after sales service

I've tried to order a brush roller for my vacuum cleaner without any success. I made contact with the Call Centre which advise me to send emails, which I did without any response.

The absolute worst aftersales service ever, which is a pitty as this is the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used.
