Money taken, nothing delivered

I have paid Vanessa R 1600 for candyfloss is August 2015, still haven't received any or any refund. She says she will pay back the money, however keeps lying. I collected the money from Moms in my sons class, it was for Curro school Nelspruit spring festival. You are *****ing from all these parents??!!
