Washing machine

I have purchased the Candy washing machine 7kg front loader, through take alot in 30 may 2024,and then in October 2024 the machine was broken, I logged a call for the washing machine to be repaired, ich they did, again now the machine is broken again,i logged a call for the machine to be fixed, unfortunately the technician couldn't fix the machine, he said he needs to order some few parts to fix the machine, it might take another week

My concern is that its only 10 months since i bought the washing machine and now its broken for the second time, I called candy to replace my washing machine or refund me if possible because i am not happy to continue using the machine that is broken for the second time, the lady whom i spoke to refused and she told me straight that it is not going to be possible it doesn't work like that

I am writing this email because i am not happy with the machine i have purchased because it is giving me more problem than what I have expected, its been two weeks now without doing laundry
