poor service

I bought an 13kg Candy washing machine a few year back so out of warranty. The control panel got damaged in December 2024. I then ordered a new part in January 2025, now we mid May 2025 and they still don't have any parts available telling me they still waiting for a shipment. 4 months is ridiculous and I my view very poor service.
