Candy appliance have the worse customer service

If you’re looking for worse service after sales this is the company. I bought their washing machine at Makro and it had malfunction logged a call for a technician to date am not getting any assistance the excuses I’ve received for a technician not coming through are beyond major. The customer service no one ever answers their calls and when they do it’s always excuses first the technician is off sick, the following week waiting for him to come back , third week his in hospital am exhausted dealing with them please people for piece of mind don’t buy their appliances
