Worst Service

<p>I don't normally write any reviews like this but this was the worst service I've ever received from any business. Ordered and paid for boots via EFT, after a month still did not receive any boots. Contacted the store, their response: sorry the boots did not arrive as they have ordered them. Asked for a refund and refund was promised. Needless to say after 2 weeks I had to ask for my refund again and the response was that the lady's phone got ******. After 3 days still nothing so I asked again, where I got a message that she was waiting on her refund from the company from which she ordered. So this seems a bit suspicious because what I'm told and what she's doing is 2 very different things. Almost a month later and I'm still waiting on a refund, so I asked again, response this time is that the lady is currently out of the office and somebody else is handling her work. 8 days later I got a message that the refund has been done - lying, lying, lying cause nothing shows in my bank account. 7 days later and I receive boots - NOT THE ONE'S I'VE ORDERED - so I send it back and now I'm still waiting on my refund! 3 months later and still NO BOOTS OR REFUND! Won't recommend anybody to shop with this online shop, not a good experience for a 1st online shopper.</p>
