Sour Candy Apple

<p>Ordered boots. Paid via eff. Waited 6weeks for arrival of import and another 2 weeks for delivery. Received wrong boots. Contacted Candy Apple. No relply for days. Then quiet. Blocked me on fb messenger..fb page and cell number. Had to return parcel at a cost of R99. Boots plus delivery paid. Not returning messages on whatsapp. How do I get refund. Service pathetic I lost my money and the boots and the fact that she won't refund as promised is a concern</p>
