❗️PUBLIC WARNING – Breach of Professional Ethics & Consumer Rights

My experience with the owner of this company was marked by misrepresentation, manipulation, and a blatant disregard for consumer rights.

I was issued two separate quotes with inconsistencies in listed items, yet charged the same price, and when I raised valid concerns, I was told “no reductions apply.” even though I wanted to reduce to meet my budget. During the event, chairs were prematurely removed while our photos was still in progress—completely unprofessional.

Following the event, my deposit was withheld, with vague claims of cleaning muddy chairs—a standard post-event process that was never specified in the quote or agreement. She also failed to take responsibility for her team’s actions, who drove onto the prohibited lawn area, now resulting in venue penalties for me—despite her prior experience with the venue and full awareness of its rules.

This conduct constitutes a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Section 54, which entitles consumers to:

Goods and services of expected quality and performance

Fair, honest, and transparent dealings

Compensation or refunds where services are not rendered as agreed

Hiding behind emotional manipulation, religious language, and avoiding accountability is not professionalism—it is deception cloaked in charm.

I strongly DO NOT Recommend her. This is not a service provider that respects legal obligations or consumer dignity.
