Unreliable and unprofessional

Candles4all dropped me at the last minute when making the candle for my daughter’s baptism. Three days before the baptism, they messaged me to say that they were unable to help me in spite of them promising to send me an updated design spec. I repeatedly followed up but received no feedback until the last minute, when I was told that they were unable to assist as other customers kept changing their minds about the design of their candles.
