Rude Aggressive staff with attitude like cinderellas step mom

Rude mean staff full of attitude they not good for entertainment industry those three ladies.On the 30th of May 2026 we went for a candlelight concert in Coloseum real with my partner we had a very bad experience. We arrived at the gate 3min before the concert starts the securities directed us on an incorrect parking where we couldn’t park we went far at the end and had to come back unfortunately we arrived at the venue at 8:10 pm we asked for the ladies in black by the entrance if they could assist us to enter they refused and one of them was very rude with a very tense look she felt attacked when we enquired if she could let us in telling us it’s not the first time she does events like this in a bossy attitude and we asked for manager she called the lady called Boiphelo Setheli very rude rolling eyes to us with facial expressions that were so scary as if she will bit us and talking very loudly and fast telling us she won’t allow us in shouting watching her watch like Cinderella’s step mom we were so sad we had to leave because she was very loud and aggressive when we asked for refund
