Poor service and rude staff at candlelight Pretoria

Poor service and rude staff from parking to entrance at the door. 30 May 2026 We arrived at the venue just on time to be directed wrongly in the parking. Spent 15 minutes trying to sort out parking issues. By the time we arrived at the door we weren't allowed inside being told we will make noise for others. The lady at the door rudely said that it's not the first time organising this event they know what they doing. We called Boiphelo Setheli to help us arrange tickets refund. She said that we can't get a refund because we are 15 minutes late. I want my money spent on tickets back. She did not assist with anything except to say try them fever maybe they will assist you. Who do we hold accountable at this fever company or it's daylight *******.
