Poor service

Spoke to Jacinta Jardim and Lisa Shane regarding poor quality on Tommee Tippee bottles. They promised to rectify the concern on the 11th of April and I am still waiting for feedback after I have asked for status of the concern twice. If there was an option for zero stars thats what they would have gotten. Shame on you.
