**************** i want my refund or exchange for correct LED strips.

I am so ****ed to the core with Candi Audio Visual at Umgeni Northway in Durban . I went there yesterday with a sample of my LED strips that are finished to buy the new ones. The assistant guy in the shop unfortunately sold me the incorrect strips , the plug-in button in the top is too small compared to mine. I dont know why he never noticed that part as he told me that at the shop they are the one's who give measurements , besides that the main problem is the plug-in part which is small and the lights numbers which also don't correspond with my sample. I phoned the office this mornings and told them the strips they sold for me the size is wrong and the guy on the phone told me that they if i bought something and it was tested to be working i cant exchange it. How on earth is that possible? They can still test them back and give me the correct size it's that simple. My Tv is stuck and i can't get it fixed because of that, i spent money to purchase that not peanuts.
