Called them to get pricing and availability one a set of backlight LED's for a tv, the rep suggested I need to bring in a sample because they need dimensions, voltage size amount etc, I told him that I can provide everything for him and still insisted on bringing in a sample when I asked why I don't understand why he needs a sample if I can provide him with all the details i get a really ****y, "there's nothing to understand it's just how it is." Candi your service sucks ass and your staff are arrogant and have no manners.
