Cancom service level non existent

Service level is non existent, tried to have my car licence disk renewed, sent documents early December 2019, up to 20 January 2020 they were still requesting one document at a time, passed from one consultant to the other.Eventually collected it myself with absolutely no further response from them, well at least they refunded me.
