Withdrawal notice

Good day my grandmother had an investment with IFA for 3 years which will mature October 2021, we called the call center to withdraw from the investment only to fine out that it will mature in 5 years of which she never signed up for that. We were assisted by a very rude agent named Pretty Khumalo who failed to explain the process but instead was not sympathetic and was very rude. I do not recommend clientele and IFA to anyone, they are a bunch of ******** who give false information
