Refund

IFA deducted money from my account that I never signed for and they dont want to return it, that is ***** and they are very bold to ttell me that I wont get it back. I met this guy at Khayelitsha mall, I listened to him telling me about this company, he asked for my name and surname and I said to him, "sorry i am not working", I left. 2 or 3 months after that they deducted R589 from my account which my mom was saving it. I called them several times and they told me that they wont be able to refund it.
