PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!

I'm very frustrated I hate the fact that I have to explain myself 100 before this matter is resolved. I've been calling your offices with no assistance in refunding me.

So on the 3rd of April I met an IFA agent, that told me about IFA and i told him that I'm not interested but insisted to take my number so whenever I happen to change my mind I contact him, when I gave him my phone I think he authorized the madate without my consent. Few minutes later I left him I received a text welcoming me to IFA and I told him that I never said I needed this. On the 25th of April y'all debited my account and I went to the bank to cancel it and I told him to cancel it on his side and he said he'll do so. And I called the offices to file a complaint with no assistance. Same thing happened again and now I just got a call from an agen who gave me this email saying that I won't be refunded.

What I don't understand is that I never gave permission to all this and if it'll affect the company then the person who's responsible this should pay for it.

Please I need this money, I'm a student and there's no one I can call to assist me financially.

I've been calling and been told that I'll get a call back, it's been 20 days already.

I NEED MY MONEY!!!!!
