IFA IS A ****

I called, emailed and sent a whatsapp as I would like to cancel my policy cos am unemployed and they are deducting and amount that we never agreed upon. THEY HAVE A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are such a ****, I've been waiting for a confirmation call, sms or email that the policy is cancelled. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! CANCEL THIS POLICY NOW!!!
