IFA *****ed me

I receive SASSA SRD grant through my bank capitec. When I received my SRD grant on the 21st of December the money was debited by IFA without my concern. I never joined IFA I never gave the concernt for them to debit my money. R325.00 was debited I went to my bank to reverse the withdrawal and the bank teller told me that he cannot do the reversal.

Why IFA doing this to us? The debit order reference is Inclientel (***) IFA can you please send my money back to my bank account. I am not working Government is giving me the money to survive. I can not earn R350 and have the debit order for R325.

IFA please make the intense investigation to the person who opened this face account.

I need my money urgently.
