IFA did me bad

Hello, my name is Xolile Nomathemba Sithole. I'm reaching out for assistance with cancelling my IFA subscription and obtaining a refund. I did not agree to have funds deducted this month, yet they took R550 from my account today. When I spoke to them last Friday, they assured me it would only be R450 deducted next month on the 25th. This situation feels like a breach of trust, and I am extremely disappointed. I have lost confidence in doing business with them and wish to terminate any further engagements.
