Booking.com listing

I arrived at the place to filth, the garden was absolutely appalling, the pool was disgusting and our room was not cleaned, there was pet hair in the sheets and towels had a stench. The owner, Natalie, told us to leave if we were unhappy because that was a cheap price, but it was normal market value. She made such a fuss about cleaning the place, she ended up chasing us away and even letting her dogs out on us. Horrible person!
