********** Business Practice by Canadian Visa Experts At the beginning of this year 2020, I intended on applying for a Canadian permanent visa. I came across the Canadian Visa Experts company through an internet search and I subsequently conducted limited due diligence on the legitimacy of the company. I initiated the visa application process and the assessments thereof. On the 10th of May 2020, I paid an initial payment of USD 1000 towards my Canadian Visa application. The total cost to the whole process was supposed to be USD 5700. I was supposed to have paid another US$1700 on the 15th of May 2020 to bring the total to USD 2700 which was the required amount to commence Phase 1 of the visa application process. On the 11th of May 2020, I approached my bank intending to secure a short-term loan facility to raise money for the remainder of visa application fees. Unfortunately, my bank could not extend the facility to me. It was at this point that I realised I would not be able to raise the USD 5700 for the whole process. I then wrote an email to Canadian Visa Experts on 11st May 2020 requesting the cancelation of all the visa processes and the refund of the initial fees that I had paid. I explained to them that my financial circumstances had changed and could not afford to finance the fees any further. The email was addressed to Nick ***. I have been writing emails to this company and I have not received any feedback from them. All correspondences from the Canadian Visa Experts have ceased. On the 2nd of June around 16h31 South African time, I called their listed phone number +*** looking for Nick Mayer. I was told he would call me back since then Nick has not returned my calls. I am only asking the Canadian Visa Experts a refund of the initial payments I made to them. The least they could do is to communicate with me late alone refund my money. Kind regards Norman
