Beware Canada Proicc

South Africans beware! Canada PROICC is a ***** outfit looking for a quick fee. After clicking on a facebook advert link they phoned through to offer a "one day only" New Years special to assist with the Canadian residency visa process for $279. The consultant made me read the terms and conditions whilst on the phone otherwise I would lose out on the special. At no point did they point me to the fact that if you don't pay full price (ie: if you buy on special) then the refund policy falls away. When I looked to cancel and get a refund a few days later the legal department were immediately on the phone pointing out the fact that the terms were clear on refunds. They were also clearly well practices in the script as it is obviously a tactic that they use all the time. Stay away from Canada PROICC
