Debit order on account without my permission

This company has debited my account for roadside assistance for years.its a small amount that went off and i never took note.when i decided to check my bank statements and started to query it. when i called to ask them to send me the clip to where i verbally agree to take this product they coudn't produce it.the information that they have of me on their system were *******ly obtained.the information that they have is wrong as well.as a consumer our rights should be protected in all ways.if i a call centre agent tells me over the phone all calls are recorded i want that recording played on request.
