I went to Cannafrica Lynnwood lane this morning. I bought cannibis “Happy pet” there this morning for my pet because he had an epileptic attack. So when I spoke to my vet he said I must not give it to him due to his high age and other problems. I phoned them and they told me that they will discuss it with the manager. They came back to say that they can’t refund me. I understand their policy but no one told me that I can bring it back for a refund. I spend R500 and can’t use it at all. It’s still in my car unopened. So I request a refund pls
