Poor service, aggressive and bad attitude

Stay well away from this unprofessional and uns****ed group of individuals. They are nothing more than basic refrigeration mechanics and should not be offering high end refrigerator installations.

We used them to give a local presence in Blouberg an opportunity to get some work, and we got burnt. We should have used the pro’s.

When I realized they did not know what to do next, I had to you-tube some instructions. They tried installing wrong pieces into wrong areas. When the fridge doors needed leveling they tried by “loosening” bolts at the top instead of using the leveling mechanism at the bottom of the door.

I stated the obvious that they did not know how to work on the fridge and they got very aggressive toward me and threatened to undo the fridge.

Then, they scratched a big gouge out of our top end stainless steel fridge front door with a *****driver sticking out of their pocket!!

They did not even have a stepladder or allan key with them.

PATHETIC!! Be warned
