Caravan surround Defective

In December 2014 we bought a new caravan from Campworld Newcastle. The surround was damaged and was replaced in July 2015. In October 2015 we phoned Mr Jan Serfontein to report the new surround was defective again, he promised to comeback to us which he never did. On January the 16th 2016 we phoned again and spoke to Cedric, he also promised to comeback to us with feedback on the 18th of January 2016 but also no feedback from him. One of the side panel's netting started to have holes in it.
