Unhealthy environment

CampusKey Pretoria (Glyn Street) is the WORST. I cannot emphasize that enough. All they do is offer useless help or hide behind their contracts, which seem like a trap to keep us stuck in this disgusting environment. The service is terrible, and the place is incredibly untidy. The only good thing about this place is having a roof over our heads, but at what cost? There are ****roaches EVERYWHERE, and when we complain, they suggest fumigation with a kit that seems ineffective. The issue persists even after they've tried to fix it, and it's been going on for 7 months now. The staff at CampusKey seems unbothered by the ****roach infestation, which is unacceptable. This is the most unhealthiest environment I've ever seen, and I'm starting to wonder if the health department is aware of the situation.
