Shocking processes at Campus Key

Campus Key provides student accommodation in various cities in South Africa. They are very expensive for what you get but my biggest issue is their level of disorganisation around their admin processes and particularly their invoicing. Over a two year period I have had a number of instances where they add something to your invoice that they cannot back. My latest experience is receiving an invoice for a room inspection more than a year ago, with my daughter's signature on the room inspection. Then above that they write in the cost, clearly after the confirmatory signature. It is ********* and a desperate attempt to make some extra money. I would caution every customer to check every invoice, my opinion is that the company cannot be trusted.
