Refund not paid by Campuskey
I app**** foe student accomodation in September 2024, and due to lack of communication from the consultant, the place was not available as promised. As you know, when you apply, you must pay the deposit , which I did, no after cancellation, the refund is not paid back by them. The person who assisted me, Bontle, put in writing 10-21 days, which passed, rhe other member, Eunive said 30 days. When I enquire, they do not respond to the correspondence, hence they demanded money immediately
