Non-payment of refund and pathetic ethics
There is no option for zero stars, so i am forced to highlight 1 star.I have never met a more *********** and dishonest company.i have a refund of a deposit outstanding for almost 2 months. I have been given the runaround continuously (manager is not available, finance staff on leave, in a meeting etc) They never answer the telephone or respond to emails unless they require a payment from you. I am being charged exorbitant costs for a refund on repainting for over a R1000 for which should be wear and tear and part of their maintenance plan. I refer to the Observatory branch but after reading all the reviews I see it's Campuskey as a whole. PAY ME BACK MY DEPOSIT.
