Non payment of Deposit

I cancelled my Daughters student accommodation in Lavaria in august 2015.It is mid February 2016 and they have not paid back my deposit.<br> If You try to get hold of them at head office or Potch,You just don't get any joy.E-mails dont get answered.<br> Pathetic service.
