Looked good in the inspection, not so much after that

I have had numerous issues after being at Campuskey Rosebank (Cape Town) for the 2 days I have been here, namely:

I have seen no less than 5 ****roaches among other assorted insects in my room within my 2 day stay.

My TV remote looks like it was given to a 5 year old to play with as it has been drawn on and looks like it was chewed on as well.

The vegetable drawer in my fridge has a large crack on the bottom.

These problems alone aren't anything major for me but there is the last problem of a leak somewhere in the kitchen which has caused visible water damage in the cupboards in my room. I believe it has also now gotten inside my induction stove which started turning on and off at 3:30am today with an error code. I now cannot go back to sleep and so am writing this review.

I am a believer that everyone makes mistakes so I have lodged a complaint in the student portal and if these issues are resolved quickly and effortlessly I will adjust my review accordingly.
