Just beginning the journey but concerned

So far very poor. There system for applying and then paying is so confusing. One girl Jana is very helpful but that is about it. Get told i have not paid by an automated system when i have paid. One person gives you one set of info and another other info. All very stressful and not helpful when you get threats of losing the room if you don't pay and i have paid. I must say all the reviews here are concerning and am sure they are real. They get so many applications that i dont think they care.
