Impossible to get deposit back
Impossible to deal with! Trying to get a deposit back - they don't answer emails or phone calls. I would definitely not recommend this organisation. Very quick to demand money and to threaten fines if their fees are not paid on time but absolute radio silence when we want our deposit back.
