Difficulty in return of deposit

I've signed a year lease with these people for my daughter to stay there for the year 2015. She vacated the apartment in October 2015 already. They were supposed to pay back my deposit in January 2016. Apartment was signed off in good condition. After numerous phone calls out of Namibia en emails back and forth and promises i still didn't get my deposit. In March they requested me proof of my deposit. I even provide them with proof of all my payments as well as the deposit. From there on they are just quiet. I wrote on their Facebook profile and i was promised that Riana head accountant will look into my case. At this point i request from them my deposit as well as 1200 for late payment as this is what they would have charged me according to our contract if my payment did not reach them on the 1st of each month. I was always in time with my payment. We are Namibians and i humbly request your assistance in this matter. I can provide you with full proof of my claim. According to their Facebook profile i am not the first person struggling to get back a deposit. Payment was done under 3 different references provide by them on their statements.
