Delay in refunds for deposits and overpayments (9th Avenue Campuskey)

As someone who has stayed in more than 4 Campuskey student accommodations across SA, I can say Campuskey GQ is the worst. From what Campuskey promises a student is actually the complete opposite. The facilities are not functioning at 100%, the Wi-Fi, the doors, laundry services not working most of the time, can’t even say anything nice about the 9th Avenue gym. And I mean I was a mentor there and what we had to do for the name of Campuskey, only God knows🥲. They always replacing management and now and then you have to tell your story to a new face every 3 months, and if you don’t you will find your fingerprint removed without any hesitation. Now that one wants what they owe him, they always coming with stories that the person in charge of refunds for deposits or overpayment they’re always on leave. I’ve had my fair share of stories to tell about that place, from ****** kitchen stuff, to people entering and taking your school bag, to them even taking a table out of your room and management never even bothers to look into this cases. This place is the pits of them all, trust me most students if they had alternative students accommodation that place will be empty.
