CampusKey Girls@Campus Potchefstroom no communication and withholding monies without informing of inspection

We rented from CampusKey. In April I spoke to Jaco and told him my daughter will be moving out as she had an epileptic fit and we could not access the premises. I was told that, in these circumstances, the penalty would be waived. I sent an e-mail to give notice. Three weeks later I got a reply and a form to complete. My daughter moved out earlier and I phoned the offices to let them know and to ask for them to let us know when the inspection would be. We decided to clean up the flat before the inspection to ensure there is now dust settlement. I also had a credit on my account. When I asked when the credit will be paid out, I was told this can only be done after the inspection. I was also told that Jaco did not inform anyone about the penalty being waived. In the interim I spoke to head office, who promised to sort out the problem. I then contacted the Potch Office again to enquire about the inspection. I was told Marius will do the inspection as Jaco was at Head Office for Training. Our next communication was to let us know that Marius did the inspection and that the flat was dirty .... Uhmmm ... yes, because we were waiting for them to let us know when the inspection would be so we can go and clean before the inspection. I was also told that the cleaning of the flat will be taken from my credit ... which they did. I have since sent numerous e-mails to Jaco and Head Office about this, with not even a reply.
