CAMPUS KEY POTCH

My Name is Keneilwe. My daughter stays at campus key potch since 2018. I have been communicating with them via emails and telecons regarding the the figures on the statement. I have spoken to Jaco, Diva, Elluzen but neither were able to able assist me. Campus key wants me to acknowledge the debt that i do not know and that they cannot explain either. They tell me about the money that i owe from last year which i do not know anything about and they fail to answer my question about how did they let my daughter back to apartment if i was still owing them because that never happens with them, instead of answering that they have locked my daughter outside of her room. Today when she went back to Potch she found the room locked and when i called their emergency line the name by the name of Ellen was very rude to me and even shouting, as i am writing this, my daughter is stranded in potch with nowhere to sleep. They are very quick to lock but take time respond to emails and balance their books. how can one remember the payments done in 2018, some were made via EFT and some via the tellers. For the ones made via EFT i am able to trace back but for the ones made via bank tellers i cannot because i have lost the slips, now they want me to pay them them again because of the in-competencies of some of their stuff. when things break in my daughters room they take time to fix them but still too quick to lock the kids outside. i am very frustrated and angry, i cannot imagine what my daughter feels at the moment sitting outside with nowhere to go
